Today Eyes on Animals visited the Zonnehoeve farm, where among other things, they produce milk. They have 60 lactating cows and their young. Both male and female calves are kept with their mother for at least 4 months after birth. Compliments to the Dutch transport company "Sleegers". The EonA/AWF team in Hungary partly trailed and had stopped one of his trucks today on the highway near Szeged. Early this morning the EonA/AWF team dropped unannounced to the poultry slaughterhouse Zalabasomfi in Pacsa, Hungary. This plant slaughters broilers and turkeys. The transport of birds remains problematic, with catching and loading conditions often leading to injuries.
