Dutch House of Respresentatives accepts motion to phase out use of CO2 during pig slaughter

EonA’s better method of carrying hens still in place at Polish market
In 2011 Eyes on Animals visited a weekly livestock market in Poland. We were shocked to see how poultry were placed into net bags (made for onions) and handed over like this to their new buyer.
